Maths skills in Science - averages

This maths skills resource gives students practice in calculating averages based on experimental results.

There are six question slides which begin by exploring what is the difference between mean, mode and median averages. The last few slides ask questions related to experimental data that is provided. The answers and helpful explanations are all included. 

The presentation could be carried used with the whole class or print of the slides to make a mini circus of activities.
