Conflicts in glaciated areas

A resource helping students identify and evaluate conflicts in glaciated upland areas. Students complete a concept mapping activity about the general conflicts between different land uses, development and conservation in glaciated environments. They then carry out research using a variety of web links to consider wind farm location at Kirby Moor in the Lake District.
