German A-level topic intro: Die Familie im Wandel

This resource for KS5 German students encourages them to generate ideas and have a class discussion on the topic of family trends. It consists of sentence starters containing key vocabulary, useful verb forms and opinion expressions, and it provides the opportunity for students to write down their own and their classmates' opinions.

This one-page worksheet is ideal as an introduction to the AQA sub-theme 'The changing state of the family' in year 12 but can also be used as a topic recap or to help prepare students for the speaking exam.
