Solving inequalities – entry and exit tickets

A useful starter or plenary activity, great for assessing understanding and informing lesson planning. Students are given an entry/exit ticket and choose which questions they answer. The questions include inequalities with unknowns on one side, unknowns on both sides, three-part inequalities and complex three-part inequalities. Answers are included. For KS4 or high attaining KS3 students.
