Adding to a decade number

A differentiated worksheet using pictorial representations to add a ones number to a tens number. In the first version, the tens and ones are separated out for the children to count, record and then add together. In the second version the tens and ones are combined in one picture, encouraging children to add the numbers mentally.

Includes a 10s number line and teaching notes. Suitable for KS1.
