A nature-themed addition within 12 activity to support one-to-one correspondence. Children roll dice to find how many bugs (or counters!) to place on each leaf. They then add the two sets of bugs together and record the number sentence. On the second sheet, they count and add the number of apples on trees, then go on to draw apples to represent number sentences.
Suitable for EYFS and Y1.
